Electrical Control Panel Design/Build

Braking Assemblies

Some rides are stationary and are programmed to move up or down and side-to-side on motion platforms based on what is occurring on the screens and sound systems that surround them. Other rides are based on tracks and are powered and controlled by a rail. Pneumatic Safety System Control

In the rare event of a system breakdown due to either a power outage or mechanical failure, it is imperative for safety harness systems to remain operative while the rest of the ride is not functional. Morrell/Stegner provides redundant pneumatic safety system control solutions that actively monitor air pressures of on-board accumulators and communicates via ethernet to the ride’s central control system. Depending on the configuration of the attraction, Morrell/Stegner will design and build centralized and decentralized pneumatic safety system controls to satisfy our customers’ stringent safety requirements.
